• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy services to improve patients’ activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support patients in mobility, coordination, and functional skill development

• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license

• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation setting preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong communication and patient care skills
