Timpte is growing and looking to add a CNC Operator to join our BRAND NEW Lincoln Manufacturing Center!

Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Friday.

Pay for this role is $24-26/hr + Monthly bonus!


Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage CNC machines to perform different fabrication jobs or activities.
  • Identify and load/unload tooling and fixtures from CNC equipment.
  • Conduct regular CNC machine assessments and preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
  • Adjust machine settings as necessary.
  • Inspect work for quality, workmanship and that they meet blueprint tolerances.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience as a CNC machine operator.
  • Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and schedules. 
  • Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, cranes and other equipment. 
  • Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions.
  • Must be able to work with other employees.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer and mathematical skills.
