Handles customer questions/concerns and informs Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, as needed./liliStore Safety and Security: Maintains a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety./liliStore Cleanliness and Upkeep: Ensures that the highest level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside of the store at all times; follows proper cleaning routines and documents completion./liliBuilding and Equipment Maintenance: Documents equipment and building maintenance issues appropriately, escalates and/or documents unsafe situations to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty./liliRetail: Maintains a good visual presentation of retail products at all times. Keep a thorough understanding of retail products and educate the customers; accurately processes sales./liliWash/Dry/Fold: Provides a consistent quality product to the customer by assisting in choosing the appropriate equipment for clothing and completing the order with care; completes logs accurately. Addresses customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner; immediately informs Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty of any claims./liliPolicies and Procedures: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are always followed./li/ululliAll other duties, as assigned./li/ul p /p pKnowledge/Experience:/p ulliKnowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus, but not required./liliSpanish bilingual skills are highly desirable./li/ul pSkills and Abilities:/p ulliEffectively communicate with clients and work in a team-oriented environment./liliAbility to multitask./liliBuild strong customer relationships quickly./liliCash handling experience required./liliSpanish bilingual skills preferred but not required. /liliPayment system experience strongly preferred./liliBasic computer skills./liliAble to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends./li/ul pEducation:/p ulliHigh School Diploma/GED./li/ul p /p pPhysical Requirements:/p ulliPosition involves standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs./li/ul p/p pWashsmart is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
