Charged as Community Connectors, their role is to enhance a visitor’s experience by providing top-notch customer service relative to the PA Wilds Conservation Shop and LHSP facility, answering general questions, and encouraging the exploration of the surrounding communities in the PA Wilds region. /span/p pbr/p pspan style="font-size: 13px"The Keyholder is a lead Community Connector responsible for opening and closing the shop and completing other operational duties in the absence of management. They will provide training and leadership to the sales team to ensure positive and memorable experiences for guests visiting Leonard Harrison State Park.  /spanbr/p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"span style="font-size: 18px"Essential Functions/span/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 13px"Engage directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face./spanbr/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints./spanbr/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the store manager./span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt"Train, inspire, and motivate the team to create a positive visitor experience and achieve sales goals./spanbr/li lispan style="font-size: 13px"Perform all opening and closing procedures.
