Speech Language Pathologist - Now Hiring

About the Position

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Redford, MI. This is an immediate start, inperson role working with students who require support in communication, language development, and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students (individual and small-group)

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/school guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology

• Valid Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
