As the LPN Supervisor for Memory Care at Crandall Medical Center, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents with memory-related challenges.  Additionally, you will participate in regular assessments and monitoring of resident health, documenting any changes promptly. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will be crucial, as you will participate in care planning meetings and engage with family members, providing updates and support. 

You'll also ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the environment remains conducive to the well-being of residents. Engaging in problem-solving and addressing any concerns that arise will be part of your daily routine, promoting a resident-centric approach in all interactions.
