You will be empowered to make the shopping experience thrilling and seamless for our guest and be part of a dedicated team that shows pride and passion in all they do!/p pstrongAS A STORE ASSOCIATE A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:/strong/p ul liBeing part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience and drives sales through customer service/li liBuilding guest loyalty through promoting and educating the guest on credit and loyalty programs/li liExecuting store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience/li liUnderstanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures/li liEngaging in teamwork to accomplish goals/li liPerforms other duties as assigned/li /ul pstrong /strongstrongWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC STORE ASSOCIATE:/strong/p ul liCustomer Service Experience Preferred/li liMust have strong verbal communication skills/li liWork both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and achieve goals/li liHelpful attitude toward guests and other team members/li liAttention to detail and follow multi-step processes/li liUtilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems/li liAbility to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays/li /ul pstrongPHYSICAL DEMANDS:/strong/p ul liMust have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations/li liMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds/li liMust have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. – bending, stopping, twisting, and reaching)/li liMust possess reliable transportation/li /ul
