We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in West Columbia, SC. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components into finished equipment by following blueprints, diagrams, and detailed work instructions.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components into finished equipment by following blueprints, diagrams, and detailed work instructions.
Assemblers play a critical role in the production process by ensuring products are built accurately, operate properly, and meet company quality standards before shipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, building equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality products.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and equipment according to blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches), pneumatic tools (air guns), and power tools
- Connect wiring, tighten bolts, align components, and apply torque specifications
- Pre-assemble subcomponents such as engines, water pumps, transmissions, and blade guards
- Perform final assembly and installation of components
- Apply decals and complete minor paint touch-ups as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality, fit, and cosmetic appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required
