Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking a compassionate, service-minded leader to supervise our Client Service Representative team.

As the CSR Supervisor, you�ll work alongside the team to schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

You will also oversee the daily operations of our CSR team, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will provide leadership, guidance, and training to the team, helping to resolve any client concerns and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. You�ll be the main point of contact between clients and the veterinary team, ensuring clear communication and top-tier service at all times.

Schedule: This is a flexible position, with availability needed Monday - Saturday with the Saturday shifts rotating every other weekend.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary CSR experience
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• EazyVet experience is a plus
• Previous veterinary hospital experience required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead by example and support a collaborative team environment
• Passion for providing exceptional client and patient care

To support this level of care, our facility is equipped with modern veterinary technology including digital X-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic laser therapy, and in-house laboratory equipment (Abaxis / Zoetis) to help provide efficient diagnostics and treatment for our patients. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are also adding digital dental radiography, allowing our medical team to further enhance the level of dental care we provide.
