Babysitter Needed

First time parents here, just trying to figure it out. I work in healthcare and my husband does construction. Our sweet boy is a calm, joyful, and adventurous. He loves music and the outdoors. It would be great to find a babysitter for 2-3 days/week for 6-8 hours/day while we are at work. My mother in law has offered her house in Blue Springs to watch him there; this way she is there if any questions or concerns came up. If your home is set up for a little one that would be okay too. We would love to find someone to match his personality. I'd love for him to have a structured day of activities to keep him busy and mentally engaged. We can only afford $20/hour MAX.
