What You'll Do

• Build your own book of business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and company-provided inbound leads
• Perform on-site roof inspections and clearly educate homeowners and property managers on their best options
• Walk customers through the insurance claims process from start to finish
• Present tailored roofing and restoration solutions that solve real problems for real people
• Stay organized and on top of your pipeline using our CRM system

Who We're Looking For

You don't need roofing experience,  you need the right mindset. We're looking for people who are:

• Confident, personable, and great at building trust face-to-face
• Self-starters who don't need to be micromanaged
• Motivated by results, not just effort
• Comfortable working outdoors and driving throughout the DFW area
• Holding a valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Prior sales experience is a bonus, but we've seen people with zero sales background become top earners here. What matters most is your drive.
