Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you’ll make an impact in this role** + Orchestrate the full interdisciplinary care plan from admission through discharge. + Design continuum-of-care plans that integrate patient and family values. + Monitor clinical progress through continuous assessments and record reviews. + Advocate for essential resources and eliminate barriers to patient care. + Serve as a clinical resource for documentation accuracy and post-discharge options. **What minimum requirements you’ll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
