Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (LDRP) position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and a Montana or Compact RN license.
Details
- LDRP unit within a hospital setting, caring for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
- Couplet care is a standard part of this role
- Antepartum and high-risk pregnancy patients are also part of the patient population
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- On-call requirement of 3–4 call shifts per 8-week block
- Floating required to Pediatrics and NICU; safety sitting on other units may also be required
Requirements
- Active MT RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery required
- Experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care is required
- High-risk pregnancy or antepartum experience is a plus
- Candidates must reside 75+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
