CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver | $34 Per Hour + OT | Donaldsonville, Louisiana 

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver to support local operations based in Donaldsonville, LA. 

Flatbed driving experience is required, and experience transporting oversized cargo is highly preferred. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver Details: 

• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, with potential weekend and holiday work. 8-10hour shifts. 

• Pay:  $34 Per Hour + OT

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Construction materials 

• Equipment: Flatbed truck or extendable trailer

• Handling: Heavy touch - load securement 

CDL A Flatbed Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience 2+ years of recent Class A CDL Driving with a minimum of 1 year of Flatbed Included 

• Equipment Experience: Flatbed

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate flatbed trucks or extendable trailers on local routes 

• Transport construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks, including load securement

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including load securement using chains, binders, and other equipment
