Pre-employment Qualifications and Special Considerations

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Live within daily driving distance of our headquarters in Fleetwood, PA
• Willingness to travel (possibly extended periods)
• We are a drug-free workplace. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• 3+ Years rigging experience in an industrial environment

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate cranes, hoists, or other moving or lifting equipment
• Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving
• Fabricate, set up, and repair rigging, supporting structures, hoists, and pulling gear
• Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps
• Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure the safety of workers and materials
• Assist in installing, dismantling or repairing industrial equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product and customer specifications
• Welding experience (mig, stick, tig) preferred
• Follow all safety guidelines set by OSHA, Axcess Industries and the client
• Work as part of a team under the direction of the Field Foreman to complete various worksite tasks as necessary to complete the job

 Job Type: Full-time, hourly

Compensation:  $18 - $30 Hour, (per diem and hotel accommodations paid for overnight work)
