Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

High energy is great.  Showing empathy is even better.  A positive attitude and a strong desire to assist our preferred clientele is the best attribute our new hires can have!  Family owned home service business in Saint Paul is looking to hire part time customer service representatives to take inbound calls and schedule service appointments.  Other job duties include:

 

• Dispatching service technicians in the field
• Following up on special orders
• Administrative office duties as determined by Customer Service Team Lead
• Setting up the schedule for the following day

 

Weekend and evening shifts are required.  Hours ranging from 25-35 hours per week (Additional hours available during busy times of the year).  Starting wage is $13/hour.
