Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

Family owned home service business in Saint Paul is looking to hire part time customer service representatives to take inbound calls and schedule service appointments. Other job duties include:
- Dispatching service technicians in the field
- Following up on special orders
- Administrative office duties as determined by Customer Service Team Lead
- Setting up the schedule for the following day
Weekend and evening shifts are required. Hours ranging from 25-35 hours per week (Additional hours available during busy times of the year). Starting wage is $13/hour.
