Pre-employment Qualifications and Special Considerations

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Live within daily driving distance of our headquarters in Fleetwood, PA
• Willingness to travel (possibly extended periods)
• We are a drug-free workplace. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Welding experience preferred (Mig, Tig, Stick)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work as part of a team under the direction of a Foreman to install, remove, align, repair, or dismantle industrial machinery, equipment, and components
• Weld, repair and fabricate equipment or machinery
• Assist in constructing foundations for equipment or machinery
• Follow blueprints to meet product and customer specifications
• Assist in rigging and hoisting machinery or equipment
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
• Follow all safety guidelines set by OSHA, Axcess Industries and the client
• Work as part of a team under the direction of the Foreman to complete all maintenance, mechanical or welding tasks as required to complete the job

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Compensation:  $18 - $30 Hour, Overtime, Paid Weekly (per diem and hotel paid for overnight work)
