Qualified candidates will have a pleasant, customer service attitude and the ability to multitask. Applicants must possess basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail ,and a professional approach to time management and deadlines. Experience with managing large amounts of incoming calls and escalated calls is a must. This position is contract-to-hire and hourly pay will start at $13.00/hour. Two years of previous call center experience is required.
