Renovations Supervisor - Full-time

We are currently seeking a  Renovations Supervisor!

Renovation Supervisors are responsible for overseeing renovations for the property while working within given budgets and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and assist with renovations – this may include but is not limited to painting, installing carpet or fixtures, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Ensure proper supplies are ordered or in stock for scheduled renovations
• Work with vendors to schedule outside services needed for renovations
• Supervise, inspect, and evaluate the quality of work produced by employees and vendors
• Maintain a safe and functional work environment
• Perform demolition work to include removing old materials
• Communicate and report any changes in cost, deadlines, or other unforeseen factors

Requirements:

• 1-2 years renovations/construction experience
• Previous experience overseeing a variety of projects
• Supervisory experience
• General renovation skills – electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
