HVAC Technician

Blanton's Heating & Air, Corp. a well respected 64 year old family owned and operated HVAC company is looking to hire full time excellent technicians to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair. Must be well groomed, have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Excellent wages and benefits provided as well as incentives.  Compensation is based on experience. Compensation $22.00 to $30.00 per hour

As an HVAC technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical compentency and ensure desired sales metrics. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Required Qualifications: 

• Technical School Certification 
• 3+ years of experience 
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics 
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions  
• Advanced customer service skills 
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles  
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques 
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices 
• Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment 
• High school diploma
• Have an upbeat and positive attitude
• A high commitment to customer satisfaction
• Willingness to invest time in training and classes
• Good communication skills
• Valid drivers license
• Be drug free 
• Have a good, clean driving record 
• EPA Certification 
• N.A.T.E. Certification is a plus 
• Possess tools needed
