Wendy's General Manager – Dodge City, KS $50,000 - $60,000 DOE + Bonuses

 We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will undergo comprehensive training in all Wendy’s brand standards and processes, P&L management, food safety, and team training guidelines ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

 What You Need (Qualifications):

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment required.  2+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Financial Performance: Manage COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), labor costs, and operational budgets to maximize profitability.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints professionally and analyze feedback to improve service.
