CDL-A Truck Driver - Now Hiring

Ryder System, Inc. | Harrisonburg, VA | Full-Time | 9 Months of Experience Required

Compensation & Home Time

• Earn $1,850+ per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.76 per mile | 1,800 – 2,100 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $17.50 per stop | 4 – 8 stops per week
• Per Diem Pay: $50 per night
• Route Type: OTR — up to 2 weeks out

• Shift Start: AM or PM availability
• Operating Territory: Solo — all 48 states
• Tractor Type: Sleeper cab
• Trailer Type: 53' Refrigerated (Reefer)
• Freight Type: No-Touch — Chicken

Minimum Qualifications — Experienced Drivers Only

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• 9 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Must pass a Ryder Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Must pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
