Care Team Model (Medically Directed)

• CRNAs work within a structured, collaborative anesthesia team

Clinical Scope
Focused case mix:

• Endoscopy only
• No OB
• No regional blocks
• No high-acuity surgical cases

Candidate Requirements

• Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
• Active Virginia license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS & ACLS required
• Ability to work within a medically directed care team
