Opportunity

The Sales Associate II – Studios focuses on the wellness experience and guest services for both Yoga on the lake and BOLD Cycle. The Sales associate delivers high‑touch, guest‑facing service and end‑to‑end coordination of private, group, and corporate wellness experiences across Kohler properties. The role manages phone and email inquiries; books and confirms experiences; secures instructors/guides; communicates all preparation and resource needs; and posts billing and commissions. 

Specific Responsibilities

Guest Service & Communication 
• Serve as the primary guest‑facing contact (phone/email) for Yoga on the Lake and Bold Cycle wellness experiences. 
• Provide personalized service and maintain knowledge of Kohler wellness venues and resort properties. 

Experience Booking & Logistics 
• Coordinate and book private, group, and corporate wellness experiences including yoga, cycling, guided hikes, sound baths, and workshops. 
• Secure instructors and communicate all logistics and preparation details. 
• Upsell resort‑wide offerings to enhance guest itineraries. 

Cross‑Functional Collaboration 
• Partner with Sales, Reservations, and Meetings & Events departments to manage leads and coordinate group requests. 
• Collaborate with Wellness Managers and teams to ensure seamless execution across venues. 

Administrative, Billing & Compliance 
• Manage full booking workflows including confirmations and follow‑up. 
• Post billing and instructor commissions accurately. 
• Maintain calendars, rosters, and documentation for all experiences. 

This is a part-time position, working weekdays. Shifts will be between 7:30 am – 8:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

Required: 

•  Strong guest‑service skills and communication abilities. 
• Ability to manage logistics and multi‑step coordination.
• Proficiency with office tools and scheduling systems. 

Preferred: 

• Experience in hospitality, events, or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with upselling and cross‑department collaboration.
• Physical requirement to lift, bend, squat, reach, twist and to carry up to 25+ lbs. 

The hourly range for this position is $14.10 - $21.20. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
