We are a privately-owned, multi-billion-dollar company and operate 150+ warehouses amp; distribution centers in 37 states./ppstrongPosition Summary:/strong /ppResponsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service, stocking product on shelves, and maintaining clean and safe work areas throughout the warehouse./ppstrongEssential Functions:/strong/polliProvides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service./liliRemoves boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves/liliOrganizes and front faces items on shelves/liliPerform the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations/liliAssists in the review of inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages./liliEnsures that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing/liliFollows program to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath./liliContinuously reviews status of department floors for safety hazards. Promptly and safely handles any spills and removes any trash such as plastic wrap, plastic ties, pieces of wood or any other trash gets immediately removed from the floor and discarded appropriately./liliWorks with Hi-Lo operators to ensure that the selling floor remains stocked amp; safe by promptly returning overstock pallets to the overhead reserves./liliPromptly informs supervisors of any low stock/out of stock merchandise. /li/olpstrongPhysical demands include, but are not limited to:/strong/polliWalking/standing on concrete up to 10 hours/day/liliFrequently turning, standing, reaching, stooping, and/or bending/liliFrequently pushing/pulling objects 500 to 1,500 lbs./liliFrequently lifting/carrying objects more than 60 lbs./li/olpstrongWork Environment:/strong/polliRequires frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures/liliEquipment in motion (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scooters)  /liliPerforms other work-related duties as required and assigned./liliMay be required to work in other departments as needed./li/olpstrongBenefits Include:/strong/polliCompany Paid Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance /liliVacation, Sick amp; Personal PTO/liliOther Union Benefits including Annuity/li/ol
