Responsibilities

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
  • Passing meds per the care plan requirements.

 Qualifications

  • Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
  • Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
  • Has a great love and compassion for working with the senior population
