• % of Practice: 70% Oncology; 30% Hematology
• Physician in Practice: 2; 3 Mid-Levels
• Support Staff:
      - 1 PA-C, 2 APRNs, 5 consultative RNs
      - 6 infusion RNs, 1 Research RN
• Procedures:
      - Required: Intrathecal Chemotherapy
      - Preferred: Intracavitary Chemotherapy
• Office Equipment:
      - 2 Hematology Analyzers for CBCs
      - Serum Chemistry for CMPs etc
• Chemotherapy delivery onsite
• Lab Onsite: Yes
• EMR: Epic
• No. of Exam Rooms: 10
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active KY License
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
• COVID Vaccination proof
