Job Summary
Under the direction of the assigned administrator, performs complex and responsible duties pertaining to student enrollment, overflow, and records. Responsible for maintaining enrollment documents, and serves as a resource to administration, staff, parents, and students regarding student records, overflow, interdistrict agreements, open enrollment, enrollment policies, and practices. Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned.
Required Documents
Typing Certificate Requirements: 1. Five (5) minute typing test. 2. Certificates must contain all of the following: Name of person tested Gross words per minute Net words per minute Number of actual errors (not percentage) Five (5) minute timed test Name of testing agency Date of test Verifier's signature Typing certificates obtained online will not be accepted. Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, Manteca Adult School.
Requirements / Qualifications

Typing certificate, 45 NET WPM (not more than two years old) *Inside clerical candidates - please call to see if typing certificate is needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: Equivalent to graduation from high school. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of clerical experience. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: Increasingly responsible experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or student database programs. Attendance Clerk/Registrar experience preferred. PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT (At Employee Cost): - TB Clearance - Fingerprinting PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INTERNAL CANDIDATES.
Salary Info
Range 20, ($24.20 - $33.76 per hour). Inside candidates who are promoted to a higher range may receive a 2 1/2% to 5% increase in their current hourly rate of pay.

Number of Positions available: One (1) or more. Available work shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch) Note: Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) or Cash compensation in lieu of benefit enrollment (with proof of verified current coverage) Specially Funded Program: This position is funded by federal or state grant with a specific start and end date.
