We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers/p h2Job Description/h2 pstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/p p /p pTechnical support/p ul liPerform daily receiving of electronics equipment./li liPerform daily incoming inspections./li liPerform electronics troubleshooting and repairs, including color adjustment, calibration, and electrical safety tests./li liAssist the Electronics Supervisor in the overall organization and performance of electronics service department./li liMaintain accurate records and reports concerning electronics service department progress./li liReport any unusual repair problems to the Electronics Supervisor for proper escalation./li liAdheres to all safety policies and procedures./li liCommunicate as needed with Parts Department to ensure the proper inventory of equipment service parts./li liMust follow instructions and apply to real situations in a very quick manner./li liReach monthly targets on a consistent basis./li /ul pCommunication/p ul liCommunicate with customers on an as needed basis to explain findings or to gather additional diagnostic information./li liCommunicate with customer care, field service engineers and sales personnel to explain findings or repair techniques./li liCommunicate with internal technicians as well as with the certified partners and/or the training supervisor on repair techniques which were used to resolve any unusual issues/circumstances./li /ul pOther/p ul liComply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p pExperience:/p ul liElectronic and mechanical skills required./li /ul pEducational Requirements:/p ul liElectronic and/or Mechanical Certification or degree preferred but will consider applicants with relevant experience in medical device repair, electronics/mechanical repair, or a similar field./li /ul pSpecial Skills or Other Job Requirements:/p ul liMust follow instructions and apply to real situations in a very quick manner./li liReach monthly targets on a consistent basis./li liAbility to meet and/or exceed deadlines./li liAble to professionally communicate with internal and external customers./li liAble to investigate and resolve discrepancies./li liAbility to research and analyze various different types of information./li liAbility to prioritize work./li liAbility to read, analyze, and interpret essential job related documents./li liAbility to present and speak effectively and professionally to employees of the organization./li liAbility to calculate and match figures and amounts./li liAbility to use and navigate through PC software programs and menus. /li /ul pstrongPhysical requirements:/strong/p pThe position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listedcapabilities:/p ul liStand;
