pAST is hiring a Managing Technician (MT) to join them in helping children with autism find success in school and life through emcontemporary/em ABA therapy. MTs have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment, and they provide day-to-day clinical direction to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. They deliver protocol modification using best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. MTs also support the professional development of other technicians by providing clinical and professional feedback./p

ul
liMaster’s degree required/li
liMinimum 1 year experience working in the field of ABA/li
liBCBA eligible or currently accruing hours towards certification/li
liAbility to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, and clinical and employment information (required)./li
liAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members, and team members, both verbally and in writing (required)./li
liExperience in staff leadership or supervision and training (desired)./li
liCulturally aligned: You’re a steward of company reputation and values./li

liProvide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients/li
liAssist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance/li
liProvide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed/li
liEnsure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability/li
liComplete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings/li
liDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies/li
liReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptly/li
liAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten/li
liComplete other tasks as assigned by supervisor/li

pPhysical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time; reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, or crawl; push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs.; react quickly to the motion of clients and objects; and exert control of clients within the guidelines of ABA./p
