As an OSUP employee, you will be eligible for these various benefits depending on your employment status./p h2Responsibilities/h2 pThe Patient Services Associate is responsible for coordinating and providing patient support services such as answering phones, directing calls, greeting patients/visitors, maintaining patient medical records via EMR or paper charts, assisting with patient scheduling, performing office functions, and handling patient payments as applicable./p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liHigh School diploma or equivalent/li liOne year of customer service experience/li liSkill in problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities/li liAbility to convey information both in writing and verbally./li li Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service. /li /ul h2Pay Range/h2USD $16.59 - USD $24.89 /Hr.
