In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the Arena, Convention Center and Auditorium. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to usher, ticket scanning, information desks and/or greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere./p p /p pThis role pays an hourly rate of $12.00-$15.00/p p /p pstrongBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching/strong/p p /p pstrongThis position will remain open until April 24, 2026./strong/p h2Responsibilities/h2 ul liPrepare your assigned section for guests; this could include wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisor/li liWhen doors open, welcome our fans with a great smile and helpful attitude/li liScan event tickets ensuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entry/li liAssist fans in locating their ticketed seats/li liBeing alert and proactive to potential hazards and reporting incidents when they occur/li liMonitor your assigned area for issues and opportunities to make lasting memories for our fans/li liRespond to all guest concerns/complaints promptly and in a professional manner/li liAssist guests in ADA accessible seating sections/li liEnforce all building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests/li liManage the foot traffic flow of large crowds/li liBe knowledgeable about venue emergency evacuation plan in order to safely assist guests during the unlikely event of an emergency./li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 ul liExperience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred/li liYou must love working with and helping people./li liAbility to stand for long periods of time./li liYou must be able to maintain a POSITIVE attitude while handling difficult situations./li liFlexible schedule: Weekend availability is needed./li /ul h2Strengthened by our Differences.
