Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. /p h2Position Summary/h2 pThe strongHousekeeping Attendant/strong is responsible for using a variety of tools and cleaning agents, including mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets, pails, disinfectants and detergents to clean offices, restrooms and other public areas./p p /p pThis role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 to $11.00/p pstrongBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. /strong/p p /p pstrongThis position will remain open until April 10, 2026./strong/p h2Responsibilities/h2 ul liWork from general instructions, specifications and checklists /li liAble to use a variety of tools and cleaning agents such as mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets, pails, disinfectants and detergents to clean offices, restrooms and other public areas /li liDisposes of waste and garbage appropriately in designated locations /li liDaily inspection of areas of responsibility /li liMaintain exterior of facility such as sweeping parking lots and trash pickup /li liSweep, mop, scrub and wax floors /li liWash walls, windows, stainless steel, counter tops and woodwork /li liClean restrooms and replenish supplies /li liRemove stains, clean and extract carpet /li liDust, polish, arrange and move furniture and equipment /li liUse hand tools or small powered equipment applicable to the work being performed /li liPerform other duties as assigned /li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 ul liEmployee must be at least 18 years old   /li /ul ul liHigh School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience) /li /ul ul liPrior customer service experience is preferred   /li /ul ul liAccess to reliable transportation  /li /ul ul liMust be able to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays dependent on events schedule  /li /ul ul liStand and walk for four to six hours at a time  /li /ul ul liAbility to work independently and as part of a team  /li /ul ul liCan communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing  /li liMust be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment /li /ul h2Strengthened by our Differences.
