Cashier/Sales Associate - Overnights

Our third-shift Sales Associates (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM) are responsible for keeping the store running smoothly overnight — often as the only employee on site./p p /p pThis role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone for extended periods. You’ll be trusted to handle everything from deep cleaning restrooms and taking out trash, to stocking shelves and maintaining the fuel area. You'll also be responsible for assisting any late-night customers and ensuring the store stays secure, clean, and ready for the next day./p p /p pIf you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and prefer a quieter, more independent work environment — this shift is for you. Being able to stay alert, make sound decisions, and manage responsibilities without direct supervision is essential for success in this role./p p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 h3strongWhat You'll Do/strong/h3 ul lipGreet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed/p/li lipBecome an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements/p/li lipOffer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales/p/li lipKeep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:/p ul lipDeep cleaning high-use restrooms/p/li lipWiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)/p/li lipPicking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area/p/li lipTaking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather/p/li /ul/li lipStock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full/p/li lipMaintain a clean and organized store — sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways/p/li lipWillingly cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed/p/li lipFollow all safety procedures and company policies/p/li lipBe a team player and step in to help wherever needed/p/li /ul h3strongPerks Benefits/strong/h3 ul lipFree soda or coffee while working /p/li lipWeekly pay /p/li lipFlexible schedules – full-time and part-time available/p/li lip401(k) /p/li lipOpportunities for advancement — we promote from within!/p/li liPay Rate: $11 hr/li /ul p /p h2Qualifications/h2 ul listrongAge Requirement:/strong Must be 18 years of age or older if located in CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 years of age or older./li listrongAvailability:/strong Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
