Role Expectations
Team Members support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality. This role requires being on your feet, working through busy periods, and collaborating closely with others.
You will:
- Deliver warm, attentive guest service
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and food to standard—every time
- Maintain a clean, organized café environment
- Communicate clearly and support team flow during service
- Adapt to different stations and café needs throughout the shift

Hospitality experience is preferred, but strong candidates without it will be trained.
Availability & Requirements (Important):
- Commitment to a minimum of 3 shifts per week is required to move forward in the hiring process
- Weekend availability is required for Mid County cafés
- Schedules offer flexibility within café needs, but limited or short-term availability may not be a fit
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to your selected café
- Clear communication skills and a team-first approach
Locations Hiring
We are currently hiring for STL City cafés, including:
- Ladue
- Crescent
- Kirkwood
- Chesterfield
Applicants should be interested in a specific location. We are not hiring seasonal team members at this time.
Compensation
- Base rate: $12/hour
- Tip Pool Guarantee: Combined rate will not fall below $17/hour
- Additional holiday pay (1.5×) on major holidays
