Role Expectations

Team Members support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality. This role requires being on your feet, working through busy periods, and collaborating closely with others.

You will:

• Deliver warm, attentive guest service
• Prepare coffee, drinks, and food to standard—every time
• Maintain a clean, organized café environment
• Communicate clearly and support team flow during service
• Adapt to different stations and café needs throughout the shift

Hospitality experience is preferred, but strong candidates without it will be trained.

Availability & Requirements (Important):

• Commitment to a minimum of 3 shifts per week is required to move forward in the hiring process
• Weekend availability is required for Mid County cafés
• Schedules offer flexibility within café needs, but limited or short-term availability may not be a fit
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation to your selected café
• Clear communication skills and a team-first approach

Locations Hiring

We are currently hiring for STL City cafés, including:

• Ladue
• Crescent
• Kirkwood
• Chesterfield

Applicants should be interested in a specific location. We are not hiring seasonal team members at this time.

Compensation

• Base rate: $12/hour
• Tip Pool Guarantee: Combined rate will not fall below $17/hour
• Additional holiday pay (1.5×) on major holidays
