Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an LTAC ICU position requiring at least 2 years of current LTAC experience with proficiency in tracheostomies, ventilators, and drips.
Details
- Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility ICU setting
- Patient ratios of 1:5-6, typical for an LTAC environment
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of current, hands-on LTAC experience required
- Proficiency with tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilators, and IV drip management required
Additional Information
- Local candidates are eligible and will be considered at the same rate as travel candidates
- First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible — strong, experienced LTAC candidates preferred
