Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Snickers is a quiet 17-year-old Shih Tzu. He is alert and healthy but needs a human companion and a calm home. He likes the couch. He cannot do stairs but he will follow you everywhere unless hes sleeping so you can just pick him up to get him where he needs to go. He gets drops in his eyes twice a day. Other than that, hes a very sweet older dog that sleeps a lot. Very Easy. He needs to go out more often these days (every 3 hours) but we supply diapers so he can be left for periods (3-4 hours).
