Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I struggle with depression and autism and need help getting things in order. I would like to find someone who can help once a week to once every other week for about 4 hours on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to tackle the most pressing things first to get things in order. Such as cleaning the cats area, floors, taking out boxes to the trash, helping me go through clothes to find out what to throw out or donate (and help take to donation place). Tossing expired food in the garbage.. On top of normal things like dishes, kitchens bathrooms, etc. Its not bad at all but its just embarrassing. I just want to get it to a place where I can upkeep basic cleaning tasks and not this overwhelming crap.
