Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity within our Nashville HUB for a Deployment Leader. In this strategic role, you will lead the development, launch, and operational readiness of a new GSC NAM Engineered-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing plant. This position is critical in supporting Schneider Electric's continued growth across the NAM Power Systems business, ensuring that industrial capacity scales in line with business demand.

What Will You Do?
Build and Ramp Up a New Plant for Global Supply Chain (GSC) NAM
- Lead the definition and selection of the optimal scenario for the new plant.
- Assess business growth ambitions and determine the required capacity across various product lines versus current available capacity.
- Establish timelines for when the new capacity must be fully operational.
- Define necessary manufacturing processes to be installed in-house and identify which processes can be sourced from other Schneider Electric plants or external suppliers.
- Design the organization structure for both the project phase and the ongoing "run" mode of the plant.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan for the chosen scenario, including resource needs, budget requirements, and key milestones; build and lead the project team accordingly.
- Ensure the project is executed on time and within budget as defined at the DO stage gate.
- Assign appropriate resources to each workstream.
- Support the project team in resolving issues that impact project progress.
- Ensure all required stakeholders are effectively engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Confirm that all mandatory processes and compliance requirements are followed.
- Manage risk and issue-resolution processes proactively.
- Plant Type: GSC NAM ETO (Engineered to Order) Plant
- Plant Size: Approximately 500K sq. ft., 500+ employees, and $200M in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Functionally lead resources allocated to the project scope.
What Qualifications Will Make You Successful in This Role?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Engineering required; a graduate degree in Engineering is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience, with strong capability in reviewing, interpreting, and leveraging data to support decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage electrical switchgear manufacturing within an ETO environment.
- 8+ years of experience in a supply chain role within a multinational organization.
- Specialization in Management, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management is advantageous.
- Experience in executing large-scale projects and establishing a greenfield manufacturing plant is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in both functional and hierarchical reporting within large matrix organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, optimize capex and opex, and drive high-quality execution.
