Responsibilities:

- Perform medical tests and procedures following established protocols and guidelines

- Collect and prepare specimens for analysis

- Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information

- Assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)

- Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
