Vehicle Porter (Part-Time | Weekly Opportunity)

Penmac Staffing is hiring Vehicle Porters to assist with weekly auto auctions in the KC metro area. This is a part-time opportunity that takes place every Tuesday and Thursday morning—perfect for individuals looking for flexible, extra income without a long-term commitment.

Pay: $16.50 per hour (4-hour minimum guaranteed)

Two Locations available -

Belton, MO – Local Auto Auction Site
Schedule: Tuesday | 8:30 AM – 12:30 AM

Kansas City, MO - near KCI
Schedule: Thursday | 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

You do not have to work every week! This position offers flexible scheduling — team members can sign up for the auction days that fit their availability. Candidates may work both auction days, just one, or none during a given week based on their schedule and business needs. This role offers flexibility for those with sporadic availability.

Responsibilities

Safely drive vehicles through the auction traffic pattern
Move and stage vehicles for auction lanes
Follow all safety guidelines and traffic flow procedures
Work as part of a team to keep the auction running smoothly

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving various types of vehicles
Ability to follow directions and maintain safety awareness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
