About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable employee to clean contents, textiles and report to the field for packing out or delivering when needed.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration and cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete restoration and cleaning tasks
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during restoration projects
CSR Responsibilities:
- Travel to the loss site to properly inventory and sort textiles, electronics, art, and contents by using appropriate technology.
- Follows all procedures and guidelines per training protocols.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively pack out jobs properly while maintaining the integrity of the contents.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficiency
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong customer service/people skills
- Ability to follow directions without being micromanaged
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Remain professional around homeowners, adjusters and contractors.
- Team focus and drive to succeed
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have driver’s license and be insurable
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire, water or wind damage
