What You Will Do:

• Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Director of Lifestyles including date, time, type, locations, and directions
• Transport residents to and from activities and errands in a safe, organized, and responsible manner
• Maintain strong communication with Lifestyles staff regarding schedules, time off, resident relations, and vehicle condition
• Communicate with residents at least 24 hours prior to departure to confirm times and routes
• Provide excellent resident relations while demonstrating the community’s quality care and service standards
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude at all times
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, safe, and operating efficiently; report maintenance needs promptly
• Keep vehicle interiors clean and orderly during and after use
• Remain flexible for unscheduled or emergency transportation needs
• Fuel vehicle as needed and submit gas receipts to the appropriate team member
• Perform other duties as assigned

Why You Are Qualified:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• One (1) year of work experience required
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record required
• Ability to perform physical tasks including driving, sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 15 pounds unassisted
