About this job
We are currently hiring an IT Project Management Co-op in Boston MA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July 2026 - December 2026.
The IT Project Management Co-op will support the IT Portfolio & Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project management processes, tools, and methodologies while contributing to initiatives that drive business value.
What you'll Brew
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Support development of project charters, documentation, and success KPIs.
- Participate in status meetings, capture action items, and update dashboards.
- Help track budget vs. actuals and prepare financial summaries.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage deliverables.
- Contribute to issue tracking, and change management activities.
- Prepare communication materials for project updates and stakeholder engagement.
What Ingredients You'll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in IT project management and technology solutions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly.
Learning Outcomes
- Exposure to IT project management standards and governance.
- Hands-on experience with budget tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
- Understanding of IT PMO processes and organizational change management.
In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
