Inside Salesperson

Mobizwiz is an authorized AT&T retail sales organization working inside major high-traffic big-box partners across the South Shore and Greater Boston area. We are hiring full-time Sales Representatives to join our team based in Braintree, MA. You will work on the sales floor inside established retail partner locations, engaging customers who are already shopping in store. There is no door-to-door solicitation, cold calling, or asking friends and family to purchase.

Responsibilities

• Approach retail customers in a friendly, consultative manner to identify wireless and service needs
• Clearly present AT&T products, plans, and device options that match customer priorities
• Process sales transactions accurately and complete all required documentation
• Achieve daily and weekly sales goals while working in a structured, coached environment
• Participate in routine team training, huddles, and performance reviews to refine skills

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work full-time, including weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a retail environment
• No college degree required; prior sales or retail experience is a plus
