Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South Asian bridal fashion and will excel at creating personalized styling experiences for our clients.

 

HOURS

Part time: 25 -32 hours

Weekend availability required: This position is Friday through Sunday and all three days are required

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the bridal styling process during their store experience
  • Provide expert fashion advice on bridal and occasion wear selections
  • Assist clients in selecting complementary accessories to complete their looks
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Schedule and manage client appointments
  • Maintain knowledge of current South Asian bridal fashion trends
  • Provide detailed information about our collections, fabrics, and customization options
  • Ensure the boutique is well maintained and visually appealing
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions, follow ups, and purchase history
  • Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed
  • Answer customer tickets and inquiries

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bridal styling, retail fashion, or customer service preferred
  • Passion for South Asian fashion and bridal wear
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective at balancing, organizing, and executing daily tasks
  • Strong sales ability with a customer centric approach
  • Experience driving conversion from appointments to purchases
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive conversions
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • PC proficient
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of South Asian culture and wedding traditions is a plus
