Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South Asian bridal fashion and will excel at creating personalized styling experiences for our clients.
HOURS
Part time: 25 -32 hours
Weekend availability required: This position is Friday through Sunday and all three days are required
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the bridal styling process during their store experience
- Provide expert fashion advice on bridal and occasion wear selections
- Assist clients in selecting complementary accessories to complete their looks
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain knowledge of current South Asian bridal fashion trends
- Provide detailed information about our collections, fabrics, and customization options
- Ensure the boutique is well maintained and visually appealing
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions, follow ups, and purchase history
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed
- Answer customer tickets and inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bridal styling, retail fashion, or customer service preferred
- Passion for South Asian fashion and bridal wear
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective at balancing, organizing, and executing daily tasks
- Strong sales ability with a customer centric approach
- Experience driving conversion from appointments to purchases
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive conversions
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- PC proficient
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of South Asian culture and wedding traditions is a plus
