CDL Delivery Driver - Full-time

We are an authorized dealer of new and used Bobcat compact construction equipment including skid steers, track loaders, compact excavators, telehandlers, utility vehicles and more.

Bobcat of North Texas - Sherman is seeking an experienced CDL Delivery Driver to join our team! We prefer a Class A CDL, but we'll train the right candidate. A clean Motor Vehicle Report is a must! Dayshift Hours Monday-Friday

Starting at $25/hr depending on experience

Must have a Manual Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Loading, hauling and unloading of equipment and components

• Maintain good working records for time and distance, and all regulatory records as directed.

• Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment and vehicles.

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.

• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal

• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a CDL with a manual endorsement

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Working knowledge of equipment operations is a plus

• High school or equivalent

• Class A CDL driving experience: 2 years

• Loading and unloading construction equipment: 1 year

Physical Requirements

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.

• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl

• Exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
