Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is a clinician-owned company providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum across Ohio and New Jersey. We serve clients in their homes, schools, and in our ABA centers located in Beachwood and Columbus. About the Role
Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills.
In this role, you’ll make a real difference by helping individuals build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.

Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-time: Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
