We're looking for a motivated and hard-working Branch Operations Assistant to support our team during a busy season of fleet transitions and equipment swaps. This is a great opportunity for a student or entry-level worker who wants to gain hands-on experience, show initiative, and be part of a hardworking team. What you will be Doing:

• Assist with fleet transitions as new trucks arrive or expired trucks are released.
• Help swap upfits and support general fleet maintenance tasks.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently.
• Pitch in with other hands-on tasks as needed.
• Support Fleet and Asset Manager and the shop team in daily operations.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• A self-starter who takes the initiative and stays busy.
• Previous experience in hands-on, physical work is a bonus.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

 

Working Conditions:

• This is a position based in our Midland office.
• Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30pm.
• 30-40 hours per week to start.
