Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: hobbies: book reader Health Conditions: Not diagnosed, but I have concerns about him not being able to get up from sitting or a fall. I need some one closer to be able to check on him if needed and potentially more as things develop. About the care needs: not required, but if they are a book reader and / or into trains (model and real) that'd be a bonus. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
